TEM-RR provides a cloud-based platform for test environment management and release readiness workflows. Our services include environment booking, conflict detection, readiness checklists, and team collaboration tools. TEM-RR is a product of Pocket Pass Digital.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or other reasons at our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Use our services for competitive intelligence

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Customer Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to our platform. We will not access or use your data except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

6. Subscription and Billing

Subscription Plans

Our services are available through various subscription plans. Pricing and features are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • You are responsible for all taxes associated with your subscription
  • We may suspend services for non-payment

7. Intellectual Property

Our IP Rights

Pocket Pass Digital and our services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our software.

Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us may be used without restriction or compensation.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability.

Service Level Agreement

For Enterprise customers, specific uptime commitments are outlined in your separate Service Level Agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pocket Pass Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pocket Pass Digital from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Third-Party Integrations

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (Slack, Jira, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

12. Export Control

Our services may be subject to export control laws. You agree not to export or re-export our services in violation of applicable laws.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with 30 days' notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
