How do I get started with TEM-RR?
Sign up for a free account, create your organization, and start adding your test environments. Our onboarding guide will walk you through the setup process in just 5 minutes.
Can I try TEM-RR for free?
Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to get started.
How do I invite my team members?
Go to Settings > Team Members and click "Invite". Enter their email addresses and select their role (Admin, Manager, or Viewer). They'll receive an email invitation to join your organization.

Can I integrate TEM-RR with Slack and Jira?
Yes! TEM-RR integrates with Slack for notifications and Jira for ticket linking. These integrations are available on our Growth and Scale plans.
How does conflict detection work?
When you try to book an environment, TEM-RR automatically checks for existing bookings that would overlap. If there's a conflict, you'll see a warning and suggestions for alternative times or environments.
Billing & Plans
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limits. You won't be automatically charged - you can choose to upgrade your plan or remove some resources to stay within your limits.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?
